Disappointing facilities and food, hidden fees, plus not green at all

点评：First of all, we had been told we could bring empty bottles to refill on site, but no water faucets were available. We were forced to buy water there at a high price, paid in Douros (1.75€ = 1 Douros).
All the food stands were run by the same company, charging high prices for food that didn’t live up to expectations in terms of quality or quantity.
Furthermore, there were few vegetarian options and, as far as I could tell, none that were vegan. There was also a huge amount of waste and single-use cups. In terms of environmental sustainability, this is really far from the festival’s so-called values.
Finally, the Douros balance was accessible only through the app, and requesting a Douros refund at the end of festival incurred a fee of €3.50 PER PERSON, which they, of course, failed to clearly state when purchasing Douros in person or even online.
In short, big promises but nothing concrete.
