Dont expect to arrive in Bocas Del Toro on time

点评：Booking the trip was easy. On the bus they didnt seem to have a record of who had already prepaid and who hadnt - but that was quickly sorted once we showed the bank payment details.
The trip was from Boquete to Bocas Del Toro - meant to be picked up at 8.00 a.m. arriving at Bocas Del Toro at 11.59 a.m. i.e. 4 hours. Actual journey took 7 hours - we arrived at Bocas at just before 3.00 p.m. Main reasons for this:
1) delay in pick up - which was about 15 minutes late and then once all passengers had been collected, bags were moved to the top of the bus (but would have been fine on its own - if the next point hadn't happened). By the time we arrived at Almirante it was around 1.20 p.m.
2) Almirante port - basically once the bus dropped us and we were past the ticket office, we were left to fend for ourselves for the water taxi - it took over an hour to get one. There didnt seem to be any water taxi for atleast 30 minutes. Other providers had a person who made sure all their passengers went on the next water taxi (in some cases even though they arrived after us) - but no equivalent person from Hello Travel Panama to make sure all their passengers had been boarded (several people from our bus ended up similarly delayed as a result). This is the main reason for the 3 * review (as the last part of the trip left us unnecessarily stressed) - the rest of the trip was fine (despite the delay in pick up).

2）阿尔米兰特港——基本上，巴士把我们放下，我们过了售票处之后，就只能自己想办法找水上出租车了——我们花了超过一个小时才等到。至少有30分钟的时间，似乎都没有水上出租车。其他旅行社都会安排专人确保所有乘客都能搭乘下一班水上出租车（有些情况下，即使他们比我们晚到），但Hello Travel Panama却没有安排类似的人员来确保所有乘客都已登船（结果我们车上的好几个人也因此耽搁了）。这就是我只给三星评价的主要原因（因为旅程的最后一部分让我们白白承受了巨大的压力）——旅程的其他部分都还不错（尽管接客环节耽搁了）。
