Terrible experience with no service from the company staff. Never again

点评：We booked a shuttle bus from Boquete to Boca del Toro. They arrived over minutes late. Put us into a tiny van that filled to the brim with people. We traveled to downtown Boquete, a 15 minute walk from our hotel, and transferred to a modest sized bus with less legroom than normal economy. We spent an hour in town collecting other people and then loading all the luggage on top of the bus under a tarp. We bounced and rolled along for some 4 hours which included a stop for the driver to jump out without a word to grab some chips and soda at a market. We thenn stopped at a truck stop for bathrooms, which had no toilet paper in the men’s or women’s bathroom. After 30 minutes or so we drove for another hour plus to the port city. No info given. Locals scurried about the people and luggage. One young man aggressively grabbed our 2bags and walked them to a nearby pier telling me on the way I owed him a tip! Not in a friendly way mind you. Another man took the 2 bags next to the boat and put them on. He aggressively wanted a tip for that too. Nobody in the group from the bus knew what was going on. No directions or info was ever given. All service employees were sullen and unfriendly. I would rather take an Uber for just a little more cost
