点评：I came to Sailing Virgins with almost 25 years as the owner, captain and mostly solo sailor of a vintage 30 foot monohull. Yet I knew that it was time for me to access and upgrade my skills. This is why I chose Sailing Virgins for their week of ASA 103, 104 and 114 training in the seas from their St. Martin base.
Every day as we shared our evening meal each of us our HIGHS and LOWS for the sailing day just completed.
HIGHS… besides on the last day I finally was able to demonstrate my improved sailing skills and even get the MOB exercise right on first try overall my total experience was a HIGH. Every single morning waking up to beautiful blue skies, warm breezes and ready for a new day of learning and adventure. Giacomo and Gegio as our captain and skipper exceeded expectations with professionalism, patience and care to create the opportunity learn and become a better, safer and more confident sailor, with improved and new skills learning the new experience of how to sail a catamaran in the Caribbean seas. I’m grateful to be present on this magic week on the water with Giacomo and Gegio and my fellow sailors. All together we along with Giacomo and Gegio in their own special way created a happy vibe that felt more like family together the week we all shared.
LOWS- if there were any, they were the best opportunities to learn to be better!
