Sad and unfriendly experience with staff at this course.
San Lameer Country Club的点评
点评：I brought my family to the South Coast to see the beaty and play some golf on 2 championship course.
Upon arrival and "inspection" of the Golf Facilities I met a young man, not a pro, that completely put me off even playing this course.
Not even friendly, rather annoyed at being asked simple questions and frankly left a sour taste in mine and my wife's mouth. I avoided playing this course thereafter.
I was more than a little shocked an annoyed at his complete and utter lack of any service ability.
Ruined the entire experience. Low or any handicap golfers like to be greeted with friendliness and helpful staff. It really helps with the Golf.
2 other nearby courses showed nothing but friendliness and went out of their ways to be helpful. I played there instead.
This chap retreated back to his bunker and took up his cell phone.
Resort and staff were, as one would expect from a resort with such a reputation. They should train the golf staff in hospitality.
Being a Pro or affiliated with the course doesn't mean you have some sort of domain over its visitors.
