点评:Service poor!!
Me and my boyfriend order an arribiata. Mine was ordered just plain, and my boyfriend ordered one with chicken in. They brought it out and both had chicken in, which we obviously didn’t order. This is also due to me being vegetarian so would not even order it. They took it away and then I had to wait at least 15 minutes for one I actually I ordered came out! And it tasted awful! As I’ve been to San Carlo in Adeley Edge several times and it tastes great, nothing like what I had at Manchester airport. So therefor the garlic bread was cold when my food came out and my boyfriend had finishes his meal.
We then asked for money off the bill and we got told no, so then I asked again and made a point that this wasn’t on! We then got a fiver took off the bill!! Not even the full meal!! If we weren’t in a rush for our gate I would have definitely took this further. Absolutely appalling behaviour and management for such an amazing restaurant!! Disappointing to say the least.

然后我们要求从账单中扣款,他们拒绝了,于是我又问了一遍,明确表示这道菜不包含在内!然后他们扣了我们5英镑的账单!!连全餐都没扣!!如果不是为了赶登机,我肯定会更进一步。这么棒的一家餐厅,他们的行为和管理真是令人震惊!!至少可以说,令人失望。
