点评：Delicious, safe and accommodating for celiac and other allergies like alpha gal (dairy and mammal). We ate here several times - 5 people with 3 allergies. We stayed at the attached Hotel Koora which was wonderful.
They have several menus - breakfast, tapas, pool, lunch and dinner. We ate off all of them safely.
Had amazing breakfast every day. They went out of their way to get gluten free bread for French toast and oat milk for dairy free coffees. We asked and they were happy to cook eggs, plantains, etc in a separate clean pan instead of flat top grill. Gallo pinto was great - served with fresh fruit, avocado, rice and beans.
Gluten free cheesecake with red berries was the best we’ve ever had - gluten free or not. The mariscada was so good - like a light yellow curry paella with mussels, shrimp, fish, and crab. For pool snacks, they double checked that the packaged tortilla chips and plantain chips were gluten free to go with fresh guac and pico.
All in all a lovely experience.
