点评:A recent trip to the newly branded Bistro at Wild Goose Winery was amazing! Fresh grapes and pistachios amped up the beet salad, while the tuna crudo was a delight for the senses, each unctuous mouthful complimented by crispy shallots, creamy caper aioli and an unexpected but clever pop of freshly shelled garden peas. Father’s Day special of house smoked ribs did not disappoint, lip-smackingly tasty and filling. The addition of orange segments and serrano yogurt to the expertly cooked, lightly crispy calamari elevated this dish beyond expectation. My husband and I both agreed, we’ve never had better! Desserts were also exquisite, with silky lemon semi-fredo, and orchard fruit crumble. All of the above were paired well with delicious wines: Rose, Autumn Gold, Pinot Noir, Red Horizon and Late Harvest Gewurtzraminer for dessert. From the moment we arrived and throughout our experience we were met with charming hosts, delightful serving staff and talented chefs! The covered patio overlooks beautiful vineyards, and adds nicely to the experience. Highly recommended!!
