点评：Since it first opened, we've made sure to have dinner at Fusion Rooftop whenever we are in BIM. It's always been one of our favorite restaurants and it's always been very good.... they have now raised the bar even more. The food was the best ever...world class. Excellent fresh ingredients, perfectly prepared with great flavors. Six of us dined last evening and couldn't have been happier. I'll mention a couple of dishes that I enjoyed....lobster tempura sushi and filet mignon. I can't describe all of the flavors in the sushi but it was as good as it could possibly be...flavorful and savory. The filet was prime US beef...very tender, delicious and grilled to perfection. The service was friendly and very efficient, as usual. There are lots of choices on the menu...spicy and not spicy... and the wine list is very good with some wonderful value selections.
We were sorry that the weather didn't cooperate last evening and the rooftop could not be retracted so we could dine under the stars! Oh well, next time.
