点评:We have had the pleasure of visiting and dinning at all the top level restaurants in Barbados and this year marks our 18 th visit. Our daughter booked us in to a table for two on Jan 2. We were expecting a very high service and high quality meal experience.
The restaurant was not very busy and we should have had extra attention however this was never delivered. What a miss.
We were greeted to our table in a very average manner. Our menus were presented but no wine menu and I had to leave the table to go and ask for one. Wow did not expect that! Apps were ordered and presented well. I ordered the Alaskan King Crab app. It was terrible and had to be returned . Chef actually was upset and visited our table. We shared that the crab seemed bad and overall the taste was off.
We then waited 45 minutes for our entire which was catch of the day . Finally A nice sea bass was served and the sauce accompanying it was fine . We just got tired of the lengthy wait and complained to the manager who again brought out the chef. Two hours plus and we had not even had desert. They offered us a single slice of a cake and we just had to say no as we just wanted to pay our bill and get out of there.
Overall a real disappointment. We won’t return . There are better choices in Barbados here in 2024. Wish the restaurant get back in the game properly for a michelin star rated restaurant we were really disappointed .
