点评：I had high hopes for afternoon tea but sadly I left disappointed. Ultimately it was the service that let it down. We waited around 30-40 mins for our afternoon tea to be brought out to us. It was emphasised at the beginning we could have unlimited teas and filtered coffees, but what they forgot to mention is you only got that if you caught the attention of a staff member. We eventually received an extra tea for one that came without a mug. The girls and young lad who served us were lovely enough, but once the food came out, the service stopped. We never had a check back, and we had to call someone over after waiting ages to ask for the bill. A service charge was added which was ironic, but we couldn’t be hassled with further flagging down staff to remove this and so we settled the bill. The chap in the suit who I presumed to be a manager was pleasant enough but was very unproductive in our view. Overall, it spoilt my birthday somewhat and I won’t be considering Oakley again.
