点评：Giving 1 star is generous we never get our complete order ever, I hadn't ordered in months for this reason its wasting money as a whole, but sometimes.you just need fast food.
This time our food turned up cold, and in a sorry state, the chips looked like they have been sitting for a while because they were stale, the burger looked like it had been slapped together, cheese burger stale, really wasnt worth eating so when i mean i wasted money, it went in the bin.
Macdonalds stated was nothing to do with them so I have to go through just eat, so even though the bags are sealed it's still just eats fault. which I have complained to them, offered me £5.
I have never had a problem with just eat, Just macdonalds burton latimer.
Macdonalds have forgotten parts of meals or a whole meal. Just blame it on everyone else, manager was ignorant then I don't expect much else to be fair.
Also they didn't know about the deals through just eat ( apparently) so dont expect your free nuggets to turn up. The ones they give you if you order over a certain amount, just remember macdonalds manager doesn't know anything about that, even though its on the receipt.
We use just eat for better places which we will continue to use, never had a cold meal.
Now in my house if someone wants macdonalds it's a firm NO. ( Should never have been persuaded)
I wanted a full refund, as if macdonalds dont get the money, its just eats fault .
I'm sure if it was their food they wouldn't be happy either. Lesson learned macdonalds will never change, so don't know why I expect it to get any better. Not spending my hard earned money at a place with no basic customer service skills (I'm talking about managers or senior staff. )

现在在我家，如果有人想吃麦当劳，那是坚决不行的。（永远不应该被说服）
