点评:Sat and waited for 25 minutes before asking where our drinks were. A few minutes later was informed that they'd lost our order. Some staff were fine but we were initially greeted by a young woman who looked miserable and robotically informed us it was table service and what the soup was. Also witnessed one member of staff coughing as she threw down cutlery and napkins on a table. Staff should be trained to keep an eye out for orders that haven't been fulfilled. Also saw three members of staff clearing one table. They were only too keen to come and get our order before we'd had a chance to look at the menu but no one noticed that we were sitting with no drinks after 25 minutes. To call it inefficient would be kind. Can't comment on the food as we did not have time to wait another half hour to get fed.
I work in hospitality. This was not it.
