点评：We visited the Red Lion in on Saturday 15th, we are locals who have visited many times before but will not be back after this. We booked a table for 6.30, waited half an hour to order even drinks then over an hour and an hour and a half for food to arrive. When we chased what was happening we were just told we are busy. When our food eventually came the order was wrong and one of our party was without a meal. We had all then finished, children were upset at having to wait for so long and our special night was ruined. The last meal never arrived. When I complained about the experience and expressed disappointment at the service we just got a ‘we’re busy’ and barely an apology, landlady was disinterested and certainly not concerned with looking after us as customers. Extremely disappointing. I understand restaurants can be busy but as a business when things like this happen and you struggle you apologise and counter act this by good customer service. None of this happened at all. Diabolical!
