Terrific Motorhome CL with fabulous walks

点评：Stayed in this Caravan and Motorhome Certified Location for 7 soggy nights, with our dog, in our VW T5 campervan.
Absolutely loved it. The campervan didn't move, except to drop my daughter off at Windermere railway station.
There were numerous lovely walks direct from the site which has direct access onto the old railway track bridleway.
There is an excellent route up the Old Man of Coniston and the surrounding fells, several ways to join the path along Coniston Water and Coniston Village is only 1 hour's easy walk away along the Old Railway Line route.
The Wilson Arms opposite has amazing food, a deli and is definitely worth visiting.
Coniston is packed full of delightful shops, cafes, pubs and has a well stocked little supermarket with a fabulous butchers at the back.
We were remote working from the van. Vodafone 4G speeds over 20MB download and 10 MB upload, which was enough for normal cloud based work and also coped with a zoom based networking meeting and fine for streaming Amazon Prime Video in the evening. O2 signal was slightly less but still fine for cloud based working.
