点评：Our first time trying the Dockside Restaurant & Bar, and it will definitely be our last. Horrible food, just horrible! The dried mustard stains on 3 of 6 menus should have been our first clue. It was not busy, couple tables besides us and we still had to wait over an hour for our meals which arrived cold, burnt and just plain disgusting flavour wise. We regret forcing it down, but at the prices they charge you felt you had to. One order was wrong (requested no aioli multiple times when ordering), server took it back and all they did was scrape off the aioli which was still evident on the patty. We ordered burgers and fries but they had no fries. Sobey's is 5 mins away, a competent manager would have sent someone to pick up enough bags to get them through until their reg food delivery arrived. If you didn't want a side tossed salad in place of the fries they wanted you to pay $3 per plate to get beet chips (just a handful no less) or half dozen onion rings. Ridiculous!! We didn't go to get burgers and salad, especially with kids. Their so-called chicken burger is nothing but 2 small cold chicken fingers with burnt cheese melted on it, served on a burnt bun. The taste still haunts me.
The manager should have come to our table at some point (our server brought issues to her attention, or claimed she did) but she stayed hidden away. I worked in hospitality, it is shocking to see such disregard by a manager. Service was very slow and not attentive. The only saving grace for this place is that you can see the river from your table. Very unfortunate, with proper management and good food this place could be wonderful. Giving it 1 star of 5 is one star too many.
