点评：Forest cafe bistro opened last year to spectacular reviews on social media. It is convenient to nearby beaches Ermones, Glyfada and Mirtiotissa and the Corfu Golf Course, but particularly directly alongside the Corfu Trail, the most famous hiking route on the island. Forest is open continuously 9 AM - 10 PM every day - the chef designed savory and sweet selections for breakfast, lunch and dinners - and a full bar selection with cocktails, beer and wine and coffees. There is a children’s menu with beverages and an outside play area. The cafe is family owned and operated by Ionais with his wife and mother Despina. The food is top quality with artful presentation. I had the Gyros sandwich and Greek salad but the menu range features eggs Benedict, pancakes and hamburgers. The desserts are homemade. The service is professional and the owners beyond hospitable. Parking onsite.
