点评：Living in the area I had lost all hope of a decent coffee. I was getting used to the same Costa or Starbucks conveyor belt mentality of each and every drink being exactly the same as the last. Then I saw Goose Coffee. It looked a little rough around the edges as they had just opened and were working in the place.
Walking in we were met by a guy in a base ball cap and a wide, broad smile. He explained all the different types of coffee he had, explained the beans, the process of creating a coffee (I mean, come on, who creates coffee, it’s just something in a cup, little did I know that the taste explosion I was about to participate in would change my entire appreciation of this point).
He asked us to sit and brought the coffee over.
Luckily, through work I have traveled most of the world and drank various forms of coffee. Some good, some bloody awful but I have NEVER had coffee like this. It was like drinking a cup of the finest nectar. The word ‘ sublime’ did not do it justice.
AND THIS IS JUST THE COFFEE. They do food as well!!!!!!!!!!!!
I will never, ever, go back to Costa or another coffee factory.
