点评:I am really unsure what justification people have when leaving 5 star reviews for this hotel.
Where do I begin.. firstly, none of the hotel rooms have air conditioning! In the 21st century, I shouldn’t even need to consider whether or not a hotel has AC because it usually comes as standard. After arguing with the hotel manager over their claims that the hotel had AC, I now see that they’ve finally amended their mistake on Booking.com. To not even be able to provide fans upon request in the summer and tell me to instead leave my balcony door open and enjoy the mountain air is laughable (we were right above the restaurant and could hear every conversation until gone 11pm). Our room at 1am was showing as 28 degrees - I’ll leave it at that.
Breakfast service is nonexistent. No plates left for guests to grab at the buffet table, no cups or glasses, food not regularly replenished. The waiters are kind but a bit clueless and only really speak Bulgarian - I’m not sure how you’d communicate with them otherwise.
The SPA is absolutely tiny - the hotel’s bragging point, yet we didn’t even wish to try it because of how small it was.
The rooms are nothing but average but it is a 3* hotel, so you can’t expect more.
After our complaints about the AC and unbearable room temperature, they agreed to move us to one of their other hotels (103 Degrees), at an extra charge, where we had the worst food poisoning of our lives but I’ll leave that for another review! Aggressive hotel managers, lack of accountability and unwillingness to compensate their guests as a result of the hotel’s blatant lies in what they do and don’t offer is just unheard of in most other civilised countries!
The only good thing about this hotel is its proximity to the Seven Rila Lakes (5-10min drive).
