点评：Very disappointed and embarrassed. My twins received vouchers at school, so I decided to take them to spur 21/10/2024. When I entered i told the lady I had vouchers and she said that the kids could have only what was advertised. And I would need to order 1 adult meal from The specials on the menu. We were seated and another young lady came to the table. I asked again and she said the kids could have any meal from The kiddies menu and I can order any meal. So I order a hake and prawn half portion. All the meals arrived and we were eating when the waitress came back to say she got the vouchers incorrect. I asked for the manager and he came. He said that the way the voucher works 1 adult order and 1 free voucher . I told him that I asked twice and d lady said that I could order 1 meal and d kids voucher for both were fine. In d middle of eating I get Told that I should have read the terms and condition and I need to pay for 1 kids meal. Paying for the meal is not an issue but had i been told in d beginning when I asked. He kept saying that's why there's terms and condition which is in very very tiny writing that's barely visible. I lost my appetite and ended up bringing half d meal home. I felt so embarrassed and awkward . I work in d retail business. This is not right
