点评：Went here for a family birthday dinner, after seeing a show in Falkoner Salen. We had ordered everything a few days in advance, and unfortunately mistakes had been made. However, this was completely made up for and the head waiter (or whatever it is called) on the day, Bertram, calmly came up with options to solve the issue and made sure that the evening was remembered as a pleasant experience for all. Ordering and serving was executed smoothly and efficiently throughout the evening, despite the restaurant being very busy on show nights.
The food was enjoyed by everyone as well, with great options for both meat eaters and vegetarions in the group - which is another area where they executed well on naking exceptions and changes from the fixed menu, without any mistakes.
