点评：experienced an unfortunate negative 3/4 experience here.
went with a group booking recently & their were many of us who had ordered together and ALL got our food but with large gaps in time.
few of the girls from the group were still waiting after everyone had finished their food and some had started leaving.
this was their waiting time (20minutes minimum) their eating time was (20 minutes + chatting) then waiting around another 10minutes,
it was an average of 1 hour waiting for a burger. it was extremely ridiculous, we had asked twice & they said they were understaffed but we had made a booking in advance so unfortunate & unacceptable in that.
We did not have anyone check on us, we wernt offered any compliance which was ridiculous for everyone from the group had been leaving the celebration and they expected us to take our meal and be okay?? their should of been a refund in replacement for the ridiculous wait time, 0 communication without asking, an apology & the food was a 6/10 the wait time wasn’t worth it.
sorry your business is uderstaffed but pls do better. i feel sorry for your place
