Unique Residence Hotel Golf & Spa的点评
点评：I was extremely nervous about this holiday due to this mixed reviews, we were there for 7 days and we actually had a really lovely time and it really is a lovely place, however there are pro and cons.
ROOM:
We have a superior room, which was amazing there were 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, with 2 bathrooms and one long balcony. First floor was the main living area and kitchen, and a toilet. The sofa changes to a double bed, with its own balcony.
There was a hot tub, however empty and switched off, their were two sun loungers, a table and 4 chairs and a parasol. However the downside was there nothing on the balcony on the ground floor and were were sharing this apartment with my mother, so sometimes my husband and I wanted to sit on our balcony. The most amazing thing was there was a washing machine! so don't forget your wash tabs!
The beds were not comfy, and we had house keeping every other day. However inside to drawers did seem clean and the corridors between the rooms were getting mopped.
POOLS:
There are so many pools to choose from, and they were all clean and warm enough. There are lifeguards but very intermittent. The main pool is quite busy with music and entertainment, and this is where the water slides are which are great, however they are not managed well. Kids and adults are sometimes coming down quite dangerously, and small kids with arm bands etc. of course you expect parents to keep an eye.
The pool sides were not being cleaned though, so one day i had to tidy to area were were sitting as there were cigarette butts everywhere.
We also used the pool at the olive bar and the oaks. But really good.
There are plenty of sun loungers, however alot are already taken by 6am, so you also need to do that.
The brown towels are for the pool, we had 2 in the room, although the room was booked for 5 people and we only discovered where the find them as we got chatting to another guest the next day (you get them from the spa buy the restaurant) - but this hotel really lacks of information sharing and welcome pack would sort this problem, even if a digital welcome pack was made available, which you could access via a QR code (which they seem to use alot there)
POOL SNACK BARS;
We used 3 different ones and they were lovely, basic food of cheeseburger, hamburger, pizza, chicken fingers and pasta, some offered a small seasonal salad. All cooked fresh, however sometimes the chips were cold.
ENTERTAINMENT:
The entertainment is advertised on one board at the main pool, which we didn't used the main pool we used the quieter ones so we missed most of the entertainment, again a welcome pack would have sorted this. However we discovered that Mondays is the foam party, this was excellent and there was fire show on Wednesdays, which we managed to catch the end. There was also an afrobeats night, which was great, but mostly dance club music so our kids and parents didn't really enjoy. So the entertainment we did do was really good.
MAIN RESTAURANT:
Busy! Really busy! But there is lots of seating, and one day we arrived with no where to sit and a staff member said get some food and come back and he will have a table for us, which he did!
The food was the normal for all inclusive, we didn't experience cold food, just the usual of getting it from the container and the walk to the table. There was always a fresh meat counter and the back cooking. There was always a pizza and pasta station, one night there was fresh doughnuts being cooked - which were delicious! Plenty of salad and fruit, and lots of dessert! We really enjoyed the food, you have to remember it is all inclusive and of course will be repetitive.
STAFF:
The staff work really hard, but there is not enough of them. The pool bars generally have one staff member and it is really busy when food opens at 12:30hrs. There should be someone constantly walking round the pool areas cleaning, collecting cups etc. but this didn't happen.
When ordering food some staff will take a name and shout when your food is ready, and some will just put it on the bar, this created a lot of confusion on who's food was who's.
BEACH:
The beach was stunning, the dining area was large and looked beautiful, there is a bar one side and a coffee bar the other side.
The downside was the hotel guests could only use one side so when we got there we could sit along the front as that was on the 'wrong' side. However we still have waiter service, however you do have to wave at them to get them to come to you.
What isn't clear if you have to take the towels from the hotel.
The bus is red hot, no aircon so not the most comfortable trip.
Overall it is a nice hotel, yes there are stray dogs but we have seen this before in another area of Turkey, so didn't find this unusual. There was lots of cats also.
There are lots of hills and lots of steps.
The booking system to go to the beach or book the al a carte is ridiculous. You have to book the day before with the one staff member at the desk!! You need to be in the que from about 7am/7.15am which is what not I plan to do when on holiday. This one member of staff is booking you for the beach and the ala carte, however you have to give your food order at the time of booking - so you can imagine how long the que takes!! We didn't end up booking the ala carter as I really did not want to get up that early!!
I think if you are looking for a cheap holiday you will have a great time here, it has everything you need to enjoy a break with the kids!

这里有很多泳池可供选择，而且都很干净，水温也足够。有救生员，但服务很不及时。主泳池的音乐和娱乐活动非常热闹，这里的水滑梯也很棒，但管理不太好。孩子和大人有时会从上面滑下来，非常危险，尤其是戴着臂章的小孩。当然，家长需要时刻留意。
不过泳池边没人打扫，所以有一天我不得不清理一下我们坐着的地方，因为到处都是烟头。
我们也去了橄榄酒吧和橡树酒吧的泳池。那里真的很好。
这里有很多躺椅，但是早上6点就有很多躺椅被占了，所以你也需要清理一下。
棕色毛巾是泳池用的，我们房间里有两条，虽然房间预订的是五人间，但我们第二天和另一位客人聊天时才发现毛巾在哪里（毛巾可以在水疗中心和餐厅领取）。不过这家酒店的信息共享确实不足，欢迎礼包应该能解决这个问题，即使提供电子版欢迎礼包，也可以通过二维码获取（他们好像经常使用二维码）。
泳池小吃吧：
我们去了三个不同的小吃吧，味道都不错，基本食物有芝士汉堡、汉堡包、披萨、鸡柳和意面，有些还提供小份时令沙拉。所有小吃都是新鲜烹制的，不过薯条有时是凉的。
娱乐：
娱乐活动在主泳池的一块广告牌上公布，我们没有去主泳池，而是去了比较安静的泳池，所以错过了大部分娱乐活动。如果再提供一个欢迎礼包，应该就能解决这个问题。然而，我们发现星期一是泡沫派对，这真是太棒了。星期三有烟火表演，我们设法赶上了最后一场。还有一个非洲节奏之夜，很棒，但主要是舞厅音乐，所以我们的孩子和父母不太喜欢。所以我们参加的娱乐活动真的很棒。
主餐厅：
人很多！真的很多！但座位很多，有一天我们到的时候没地方坐，一位工作人员说，去拿点吃的回来，他会给我们安排一张桌子，他真的做到了！
食物是全包的正常情况，我们没有遇到冷食，只是像往常一样从餐盒里拿食物，走到餐桌前。那里总是有鲜肉柜台和后厨烹饪。那里总是有披萨和意面摊位，有一天晚上还有新鲜的甜甜圈在烤——非常美味！沙拉和水果很丰富，甜点也很多！我们非常喜欢这里的食物，但要记住，这是全包的，当然，菜品会重复。
员工：
员工工作非常努力，但人手不足。泳池酒吧通常只有一名员工，中午 12:30 开始供应食物时，人满为患。应该有人在泳池区域不停地走动，打扫卫生、收拾杯子等等，但并没有人这样做。
点餐时，有些员工会记下客人的名字，并在食物准备好后大声喊，而有些员工则会直接把食物放在吧台上，这让人分不清谁的菜是谁的。
海滩：
海滩美极了，用餐区宽敞漂亮，一侧是酒吧，另一侧是咖啡吧。
缺点是酒店客人只能使用一侧，所以我们到那里时只能坐在前面，因为那一侧“不对”。不过，我们仍然有服务员服务，不过你需要向他们招手，他们才会过来。
不清楚是否需要从酒店取毛巾。

如果你想找一个便宜的假期，我想你在这里会过得很愉快，这里应有尽有，让你和孩子们享受美好的假期！
