False Advertising. Kids club, the MAIN attraction was closed whole trip

点评：I visited this hotel last winter with my two toddlers. They enjoyed themselves so much that I chose to bring them again this year! Their favourite parts were the indoor swimming pool (which is actually heated at a lovely temperature) and the indoor kids play space. Now, where things go wrong....
I phoned the hotel a couple days ago to ask about booking for the upcoming Sunday evening. Yes, no problem, they have ability, the kids will love it. Excellent.
I found a cheaper price on Agoda, so I ask if the hotel can match the price. Unfortunately they can't. Ok, no problem, I understand. I book with Agoda.
Never during the phone call OR on the hotel website does it mention that the KIDS CLUB IS UNDER MAINTENENCE AND WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE UPCOMING WEEK.
I am VERY disappointed in this hotel's transparency. The staff member on the phone was apologetic and suggested we use the neighbouring hotel's outside sled hill to amuse the FOUR kids that we are bringing this time.
I understand needing to do repairs, however, the hotel should advertise that on their website. Our large, 6 person family, who booked TWO rooms now fell that we are out hundreds of dollars because we have disappointed children due to the hotel not advertising their MAIN ATTRACTION's closure dates.
