The Beacon Lounge的点评
点评：This has long been one of of our favourite stops when we visit Redcar, part of family tradition, we only stopped for drinks today, but what an earth has happened? On the positive side the staff are pleasant and the view is fab, though it had probably been busy, there was little excuse for no one clearing tables or tidying menus and wiping tables, when there were 4 behind the bar not doing anything.
Despite delivering our drinks, pleasantly it did confuse me when he just left the table next to us with dirty pots on, 5 minutes later someone else came and looked at the table and returned the bar, empty handed, lo and behold a few minutes later, someone else came and gazed in wonder at a table covered in dirty pots, but worry not, some time later the original barman came and removed the wooden platters, so at least it was half cleaned, the grasses were eventually removed and that was that, I didn't notice the table being wiped, it's a shame it certainly put me off eating there, if that's how little they care about front of house, how bad was back of house.
