点评:We arrived a little past 7 PM on a Saturday night, expecting a lively crowd. The view was stunning, and the sound of a live saxophone added charm to the ambience. Things started off well with our coffee, and we were informed there would be a one-hour wait for food—understandable on a weekend.
But that’s where everything began to fall apart.
An hour passed with no update, so we followed up. We were told the food would be served shortly. Another hour went by—still nothing. At the two-hour mark, we checked again. This time, we were informed that the fried chicken we ordered was sold out. Why did it take two hours to find that out?
Eventually, the bulalo arrived. For P699, we got a bowl with only two small pieces of beef and an overly salty broth—not worth the price or the wait. Other tables were complaining too, having waited just as long without receiving their food.
To their credit, the staff apologized and offered a fruit platter as consolation. Still, we had to wait an additional 15 minutes just to get a refund for the canceled item.
This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences we've had. The service team was doing their best, but the kitchen and management need serious attention. If Kabesera wants to keep customers coming back, they must address these operational failures immediately.
Until then, we won’t be returning—and we can’t recommend it to others either.
