Delicious wine, lovely owners, beautiful view
Adega Dos Sentidos的点评
点评：We had a fantastic time at Adega dos Sentidos! We started with a tour where we learned about the different grapes, how they are grown, and what projects are being worked on. We were then served a lovely variety of snacks and wines, all of which were very tasty.
We were treated like friends being welcomed to the vineyard. We were the only guests and enjoyed our tasting while sitting at a peaceful outdoor table (with a beautiful ocean view) talking with our hosts. As an American, I am not used to this kind of hospitality at a business and was so grateful to have such a tranquil, warm, delicious, and educational experience. As an additional bonus, there was a very cute dog, Nero, who greeted us when we arrived at the property.
I cannot recommend this vineyard enough to anyone who is interested in wines from Terceira. The climate gives a great unique mineral flavor to the wines. You do need a reservation to come visit. If you are like me and are confused by the name verses what you find on Google maps, Adega Simas is on the same property and is run by the owner's father.
