WOW Beach的点评
点评：Second visit to Wow Beach this summer. The first visit was excellent. Busy but great service and food. The manager was absolutely on it.
Due to this we booked again on the 25/8/25. Wow what a different experience. We were a party of 5 and booked front row seats which were completely available. None were booked. We also arrived very early and it was almost completely empty.
We were shown to our front row seats which were poor. Not front line and crammed in. I requested a change but was only offered other inferior seats. I requested proper front row seats but the manger declined saying they were only for parties of 2. By 230pm they were all still empty so I asked for an explanation. I was told 5 wouldn’t fit so I walked over with her and clearly showed they would and that I felt her rude service was poor. She told me to write a review then!!! Which I am.
It then seemed friends of hers arrived in a party of 2 with a young child who were given all the seats we requested over 4 hours earlier. She allowed a party of 3 after telling us anything other than twos was not possible. But they were Spanish and they clearly knew her.
The service was awful so we left early, such a pity as we were highly recommending the place after our first visit. The food was also not as good as our first visit either. We won’t be going back and will tell others not to bother.
We are also in the progress of buying on los colinos which makes it an even bigger shame.
