点评：I recently visited the Muzz Buzz Yokine outlet on 18 January 2025 and was disappointed with my experience. I ordered a mocha Frappuccino with an extra shot of coffee, as I’ve done many times at other Muzz Buzz locations including this one. However, I was informed that this drink is now made without coffee by default and that adding coffee costs extra.
A mocha Frappuccino is supposed to be a blended coffee beverage with chocolate flavour, so removing the coffee undermines the essence of the drink. It feels misleading to market it as a “mocha Frappuccino” when it doesn’t include coffee unless you pay extra.
If Muzz Buzz has decided to make this change, they should be upfront and rebrand the drink to reflect its actual contents. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but this development is frustrating and disappointing. Transparency is important, and this experience has made me reconsider returning.
