Chef Joel Singam is passionate about his food and so his wife Alex we are so lucky that they now have a permanent spot. I was so excited when I first visited post lockdown having not been out and was bowled over by its authenticity and flavours. That I invited them to host a private dinner weeks later.
The food and beverage industry are facing such challenges since covid.
From staff shortages to supply chain to increase food costs. Owners have to work long hours to cover for lack of kitchen and service staff so give them some slack.
If service is a bit slow or inexperienced let it go the whole industry is struggling to pay the bills and to get back on their feet.
So reviewers who feel they can only post extremely negative reports are just low life or has a personal gripe why now send a constructive private feedback without malice. Shame on you.
