点评：Had lunch with friends and my visiting family from other countries today after strolling in the beach and Marina. We ordered a lot and I also tried the Salmon Pome Bowl. I found hair embedded on the brown rice and whispered to the manager to just remind the kitchen for next time. He took it to the kitchen and came back sounding defensive that the hair i found was long and he doesn’t have a staff with long hair as if implying i put it there on purpose. It could’ve come from the materials they’ve used. Even if i said its obviously embedded on the rice undisturbed, I got no apologies. I wasn’t after a discount or a free meal, we are paying customers who wanted to enjoy lunch at the Marina. I also work in food manufacturing (quality control) just discretely mentioning something for them to
watch out for. Too bad coz the meal was really good until I encountered the unapologetic staff. . I don’t plan to go back there and will probably not recommend to friends either if I get asked.
