He also tasted food directly from the pot using the same spoon multiple times without washing it. He also used the palm of his hand to taste the food and then continued handling ingredients without washing his hands.

The rooms are nothing like the pictures—don’t be fooled by the online images. Upon arrival, we found the bed linen stained and the bed throw filthy. The pillows were stained, had an unpleasant odor, and only one was provided per person. There were no duvet inners—just empty duvet covers placed on the bed.
Upon request for a duvet inner, we were given only one for two beds and was told there’s no more .

Noise was another major issue. The kitchen sounds—staff conversations, chopping, and even the blender—were clearly audible from our room, making it nearly impossible to rest or nap. The lack of privacy was equally frustrating. All windows face an inner courtyard, forcing us to keep the curtains closed at all times to avoid being seen by staff and other guests.
When we raised our concerns about the stained linen and dirty bed throw, the front desk lady reacted defensively. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, she made false accusations against us and even threatened legal action—an appalling and unacceptable response. This level of hostility toward paying guests speaks volumes about the hotel’s disregard for customer service.
This hotel is a glaring example of cost-cutting at the expense of guest comfort and hygiene. The lack of cleanliness, poor amenities, and unprofessional service made our stay miserable. I strongly advise against staying here—there are far better accommodation options available on the island that actually prioritize their guests well-being.
