点评：New owners who are taking an age to get things sorted out regarding their food and service. OK, a large order had been made, which is unusual for a Thursday lunchtime. The poor lass behind the counter was taking orders, making up meals and taking payment, whilst 2 men stood at the fryers doing very little. The lass who was serving was constantly asking for food that was not ready or prepared, making her job almost impossible. Added to that chaos, 2 photographers were constantly asking for various food so they could take images, presumably for a website. Still the 2 men failed to help out and just stood behind the fryers, heads down, almost oblivious to the situation. 45 minutes for 1 cod and chips is not acceptable. 1 lass running round like a blue arsed fly whilst 2 men stand and do nothing to help is not acceptable. Once things like kebabs and pizzas and burgers get up and running, imagine the scene then. Sorry, but it will be a long time before I attempt to order from this place again.
