点评：Where do I start. Awesome experience! The Shepherds Pub is a quaint little pub in Elora with a fantastic location along the river. Clean with a quaint and rustic atmosphere. Bathrooms were clean and tidy. The decorative appointments were bang on and made you feel you were in the UK. A nice selection of craft beers without having too many to consider. Menu was simple and covered all the bases including plant based selections. The Swiss Mushroom burger was to die for. Cooked just right with a nice Dill Dijonaise sauce. The hand cut fries were a great touch. The Cod Fish and Chip dinner was excellent. Batter was crispy with a nice crunch without being overcooked. Kayla was a true joy. Not only did she have in-depth knowledge of the menu she knows what customer service excellence is all about. Her attention to detail made her a 10++. Manager Amy was receptive and exuded the theme of ‘customer service excellence’. Great value for money. Owners Sarah and Martha must be thrilled are fortunate to have a great team.
