点评：NEVER GO THERE! We were told that this was the best place in town…boy were they wrong. Arrived for our 6:15pm reservation and then waited 30 minutes to have anyone say hi. Then they told us we had to order everything all at once because they were so busy. First corse came out wrong…it’s ok, we understand. Wait, wait wait. Dinner came out ant it was unacceptable to pay $38 for a piece of veal that was dry and burnt when it was ordered medium. Wait more. Side dishes to follow. Meat sent back and we were told now that our two veal were frozen and would take at least 25 minutes to defrost and cook. It’s getting late and the rest our party is finishing their dinner so we were offered beef bites which are fast cooked. We said yes to be agreeable. Restaurant empties and it’s late. We ask to have the bill in half and wait another 15-20 minutes as the staff discussed our bill. They did not apologize for the FOUR hour long dinner delays and errors. They simply presented us a bill for the full amount cut in half, which a first grader could do in 3 minutes and took them over 15. The owner came out and was unapologetic…it was awful, embarrassing and rude all at once. Like a slap in the face for out patience she treated us like we were the problem. Had no issues paying and over tipped the poor waitress who was super embarrassed…it was not her fault, but the very poor service from the owner who over booked, did not compensate for the mis management and then intentionally made us feel like we were the NEVER GO THERE unless you like to be kept waiting for mediocre food at high prices.
