If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My friend and I were in on Sunday night, taking turns buying rounds. I had already paid for three rounds, all costing £11 each. When my friend went to pay, the barman suddenly charged her £14. When I politely questioned why the price had suddenly changed, the barman became aggressive, shouting at me and claiming I should feel "lucky" I had been undercharged. Undercharged three times? Really?
I asked to speak to the manager, thinking he would resolve the issue, but instead, he was just as rude! Even after I showed my banking app proving I had paid £11 each time before, he continued to shout at me. Then, to top it all off, they took our drinks that we had already paid for and threw us out of the bar! I was absolutely shocked and embarrassed just for asking a simple question.
The staff here clearly have no respect for their customers and seem to think scamming people is acceptable. If you enjoy being overcharged, shouted at, and treated like dirt, then by all means, go here. Otherwise, avoid this place like the plague!
Would never return, and I suggest everyone else stays well away!
