点评：I booked midweek at 7pm for 4 people and on arrival there was a queue at the bar / till of people ordering drinks and it wasn't clear if we should go straight into the restaurant and be greeted there by another member of staff or not. I walked into the restaurant which was pretty quiet and there was no staff to be seen so I walked back into the bar and quickly asked the person on the bar if we could go into the restaurant, and she said that we needed to wait. When we eventually got to the till 5 minutes later I explained that we'd booked at a table at 7pm and she said "you can go in the restaurant, bar or outside" and didn't show us to a specific table. She could easily have said this 10 minutes earlier when we arrived or there could have been a sign to be clear on what to do if you've booked a table. We then sat in the restaurant for a few more minutes with no offer of any drinks so I went back to the bar and queued again to get some drinks. We eventually got asked about ordering food and we did so and to be fair the food was ok and the chef came out to check we were happy. I really do think you need to improve your customer service and have a good customer facing person that welcomes people on arrival. I'm afraid it's not somewhere that I would recommend despite it's great location.
