点评:We came for an evening meal on a Friday night. The place was busy, and the wait to order was long. This was nothing compared to the wait for food, which lasted 80 minutes after ordering. When questioning the bar staff after an hour about how much longer the food might be the response was extremely rude, arrogant, unhelpful and dismissive. No effort to improve matters was made, and no offer made. Eventually, after asking after a 75 minute wait, a reluctant token suggestion of a sirop for the children was made, but this was far too little too late. When the food did arrive half of it was cold as it had sat on the counter for 5-10 minutes, all the while whilst takeaway bags were being produced. After asking and complaining to the bar staff, one bottle of rosé was reluctantly offered, which was frankly insulting as recompense for a table of 16. The attitude of the bar staff was unfortunately stereotypical, with no respect paid to customer service. Why not tell customers when ordering that the food would take a long time - maybe then customers can vote with their feet.
A real shame and very disappointing. Buck up your ideas management about how you treat your customers.
