点评：How ugly when you realize that you are the victim of a hoax. The trick is to offer you a room with sea views and when you pay in advance, they give you a room without windows, facing the street and without sea views. It only has one door that must always be open to let in natural light. The cabin is located at the entrance of the hotel where everyone is constantly passing by, no privacy.
We were roasting hot because not a drop of air ran, also the toilet didn't work and we had to fill it with a bucket. The first day they did not give us towels because the laundry did not arrive. This place is a disaster...
We were traveling with children, and we chose this place because it had a restaurant, but it turned out that they had closed it a few weeks ago because the cook left, and we were never notified in advance, we found out when we arrived.
When you convey your dissatisfaction to the staff, they accept the deception and say that it happens to them constantly but that they can't do anything, the most demeaning thing is that they offer you a margarita to console you, and suggest that you put your comment on Booking.com, unfortunate!
Now I know why they have good ratings, when I made my reservation, the owner tried to dissuade me by phone call to cancel with Booking.com and book directly with them, so I couldn't leave a comment.
I paid more than $100 a night for a room that looked like a storage room.
