点评:Pizzas arrived one hour late, cold and in squashed boxes. Inedible. We're long-standing customers - this has now come to an end.
Phoned to complain and dissatisfied with the response from frontline order taker.
Was told that although the pizzas had been on the road for an hour the hot storage containers should have kept these warm. (They were in the car for a full hour!!!).
Asked for the manager. He was too busy to respond. Asked for a refund or replacement pizzas. Was told bluntly that they would expect the pizzas to be returned first before any remedy could be made - either refund or replacement.
How crazy is that??? - they would collect the pizzas, take them back for checking and then decide whether to replace or refund.
Food and service used to be excellent. What has gone wrong?
If I could rate this as 0 out of 5 I would have.
I strongly advise avoiding Horbury Capri home eating.
Product - rubbish
Service - rubbish
Management / customer relations - rubbish.
Avoid like the plague.
