点评：This was the best restaurant experience of our lives, and one we intend to repeat whenever we are able. Having read about Pintarroja before our visit was keen to share my anticipation with our dearest friends from the U.S. (who have eaten in many wonderful places), and what unfolded over the course of the afternoon surpassed all of my hopes. I will never forget the welcome we received upon our arrival, and every aspect of the visit was perfect. The staff are knowledgeable, professional and clearly passionate about what they are doing. The food is sublime, with an underlying respect for ingredients, the season, and provenance. Each dish was beautifully prepared and served with minimal fuss - a mark of a kitchen that has a strong belief in what it is doing. We are grateful to Pintarroja for giving us the most uplifting and joyful of afternoons, and we look forward to future times in their very special world.
