点评：What an absolutely fantastic dining experience we have just had at the Niko restaurant located in the Mondrian hotel.
It was totally excellent on every level!!
The delicious Japanese food was exquisitely prepared by the brilliant chefs (thank you) and presented by the INCREDIBLE front of house team - it was all just fabulous and we could not have wished for a better evening. It really was a superb meal but what made the experience even better was the amazing team there. They were exemplary and they made our evening.
I was there with my mum and we were made to feel immediately warmly welcomed by Saba as she welcomed us to a beautifully laid out table overlooking the sea with such grace, professionalism and the most beautiful beaming smile. She is just adorable.
Paul was the most attentive host and did a brilliant job of explaining the menu and what would suit our taste - he got it spot on, he is a consummate professional and we loved his time and attention - thank you! His conversation was great and his life experiences are now a huge credit to the Mondrian.
Claudio is a total class act! He has a stand out sense of humour and oozes charm, credibility and experience. It felt like I’d known him for years after a few minutes chatting. He has unbelievable interpersonal and conversational skills. He made my mum feel special - What a personality and talent he is right there!
As you can tell it all made for a thoroughly enjoyable evening of great food and laughs with a wonderful team and I couldn’t wait to get back and write this well deserved review.
We left on an absolute high!!
