Good Potential, but management needs training
潭美酒店的点评
点评：we stayed for 1 night and had contacted the hotel in advance to reserve 2 superior rooms, when we arrived we was told that our reservation was not on their system( we showed the chat which was made my Facebook and they continued to tell us it wasn’t available) so they switched us to the standard room which had no windows but it was just dirt that I could wipe off with my finger but as it was only 1 night we would just deal with this, the room was dirty the walls In the bathroom actually had dirt on them which at start o thought was mồi but it wiped cleaned with my finger ,The walls In the rooms seemed really thin, you could hear the elevator every time the doors open it would make a bell sound , as well as being able to hear the people in the room next door having their conversations.
after a couple of let downs I was looking forward to the breakfast at least, we arrived to breakfast at 7:30ish and I have never seen such a small fruit selection in Vietnam ever. a country that has so much locally produced fruit sold in the market down the road could only offer 1, when I asked the staff about the fruit they said this was all they had to offer, or I could buy a smoothie which they had more fruit for this, so the hotel was cutting back on fruit for the breakfast so they could sell them as smoothies which was a real shame and a let down because I have not been to one hotel in Vietnam that does not offer an array of fruits to select from for breakfast.
It’s not all bad the rooftop bar was really well designed and made a good cocktail,

经过几次失望之后，我至少期待早餐，我们在 7:30 左右到达早餐，我从未在越南见过如此少的水果选择。一个有这么多当地生产的水果在路边市场上出售的国家只能提供 1，当我向工作人员询问水果时，他们说这是他们所提供的全部，或者我可以买他们有更多水果的冰沙为此，酒店减少了早餐的水果，这样他们就可以将它们作为冰沙出售，这真是一种耻辱和失望，因为我还没有去过越南的一家酒店不提供一系列水果可供选择从早餐。
