点评：My family and I went for dinner on the 30 October around 18:00 and ordered a bottle of wine and 2 pizza’s. Everything was good and excellent as always. When it came to ordering x2 double espressos with hot milk on the side (for 2 people), we told the waitress to bring the coffee while it was hot, but we didn’t get it hot, it took about half hour before we got it and the coffee was cold and the milk wasn’t too hot either, so we told the owner or manager to reheat the coffee but instead he felt on the cups and said it was hot enough and brought us not too hot milk instead and think that it will heat up the coffee, which tasted exactly the same- still cold. He didn’t want to heat up our coffees, and said that the espresso coffee was made simultaneously. So I had to drink my cold coffee but I’ll never do that again and next time if I get cold coffee again that will be the last time I’ll be ordering coffee if nobody brings it like I want it to be. Hot hot hot coffee and hot milk. Unfortunately I am fussy in drinking coffee and I refuse to drink cold coffee and if I ask for hot coffee I expect it to be hot and not bring it to me when it’s cold, I will not be paying for cold coffee. The coffee had a nice taste just a pity of the cold coffee and a manager that didn’t want to do as I asked him to. I hope you will listen next time and do as your client tells you to.
