A home away from home, like visiting family.
Tree House Bed and Breakfast的点评
点评：For a weekend trip to Vulcan for the 3 of us, we were fortunate to be able to book with this B&B just 5d before the trip. We arrived later in the evening on Friday because of work, and after the hot drive walking into the Sunflower suite felt as good as if we had stepped into our own home.
Everything was clean (cleaner then most hotels I've stayed at) and comfortable. And the suite had absolutely everything you might need. I tend to pack from experience for all the typical things that hotels don't offer and I needed none of these. A great selection of books, games available, strong wifi, a well equipped kitchenette, comfortable sheets, and being in the basement during a heatwave was such a blessing.
Breakfasts were delicious, varied and SO FILLING. Lorna and Richard are lovely hosts, easy to visit with but also respectful if you prefer some quiet time.
On top of it all, it was also very affordably priced.
For a period home, it has all the beautiful features without any of the drawbacks. I think the noise between spaces was less here then in my own newer home.
Vulcan is a sweet town, be sure to visit Nine in a line Brewing for some delicious beer only available in the area. I look forward to going back for a getaway and restful stay here again.
Make sure you bring a swimsuit. There are lots of places in town and nearby that you might enjoy taking a dip in.
