A terrible experience, holiday ruined

点评：Avoid!We couldn't reach the property because of the condition of the road.Not paved road( but that was not the problem).
The width and the condition of the road were the problems.
Road so narrow that 2 cars could not go through at the same time.
My friend and I have been stuck for 45minutes trying to move forward when we finally decided to drive back, in reverse.
The last 1Km of the road was so steep and damaged, that both our cars would scrape.
A BMW 4 series and a Saab 9.3.So no jeep, but no Ferrari.
If you care about your car and you don't want to ruin your holiday by damaging and possibly writing off your car, avoid that Agriturismo.
They never mentioned that the property is only reachable after a safari.
We called the property only to be told that they have had several other complaints, but that's it.
They left us stranded with almost 40°C , with 2 kids plus a 5 month old baby and offered absolutely no help.
After the first call where we explained about the issues and complained and asked for a refund, they stopped answering the phone and communication went ahead only by WhatsApp and was bare to the minimum.
Not even the courtesy of returning a call!.
At the end we have been charged 160 Euro for the cancellation and refunded 210 Euro for the apartment.
Still not satisfactory, as it was not our fault if we couldn't reach the property.
Very disappointed also in the way they handled the issue, they ghosted us and we had to find another accomodation,last minute,and pay for other rooms in another structure.
Avoid this place Rooms may be good( we will never know as we couldn't reach the property) ,but to get there be ready for mayhem, and be ready to damage your car.
And definitely don't expect management to help or offer a solution.

最后我们被收取了 160 欧元的取消费用，并退还了 210 欧元的公寓费用。
仍然不满意，因为如果我们无法到达酒店，那不是我们的错。
他们处理这个问题的方式也让我们非常失望，他们给我们留下了阴影，我们不得不在最后一刻找到另一个住宿，并支付另一个建筑中的其他房间的费用。
