点评：This is an actual email that I have written to management! They only get a 2 rating beacuse the all day breakfast wasn't actually that bad!!
Hi
I'm writing with reference to a meal (sharer) namely "Loaded chips with cheesy bacon" that was purchased at The Beer House at Cardiff Airport on Wednesday 30th August 2023 in the afternoon.
What we were served in no way shape or form resembled any type of "Loaded chips with cheesy bacon" that I've been served previously and unlike anything that I'm likely to be served in the future.
I would very much like to hear your comments and would be delighted to know if you think this is acceptable? (Image attached) That said, I suppose you could argue the cheese was cut extraordinarily fine and placed on the plate "Masterchef" style and was even somewhat refined and pleasing on the eye and the odd touches of bacon gave it a contrast that would not be missed on a piece of art hanging off the walls of The Tate Modern but maybe just a little more of it wouldn't have gone amiss.
I appreciate it is airport food and not a fine dining "a la carte" establishment but it did make me wonder as to whether I got to the airport on the correct date or whether it was in fact April Fool's day!
It also made me want to commit a crime and end up in HMP Cardiff which is only a short drive away where I'm sure even the inmates would argue they get served more nutritious food and no doubt dine more elegantly but the only crime committed on the day was what I was presented with.
