Predicted 20 minute delivery turned into an hour, and then 90 minutes!
Burgers were thrown together in a mess of mayo and cheese all over the place and everything was cold and wet.
I contacted ubereats to report cold and damaged food and tried to contact burgerking, whose line goes unanswered. Ubereats replied with "thanks for letting us know". I challenged this and they copied and pasted the same response. No refund, no help, shoddy service. And disgusting food quality..food in the bin.
Honestly please don't bother. They have no respect for your money or custom and treat their customers like trash. I'm having now to claim a refund via my payment mechanism instead. Really dishonest.
