点评：Where to start!! There is now a sign before the cafe end doors (which were wide open) to say "please use main entrance" - I suppose I should congratulate them on using the word "please" but, for those of us less able to walk miles this is unacceptable and totally unwelcoming. I popped in for lunch - ran the gaunlet of the excruciating slalom course from main entrance to cafe to be greeted by a till operator who asked for my table number - I said "somewhere outside" to which the response was "I still need a table number, you can't order without one". It was too hot to argue so I told her to forget any order and walked out! I did not wish to walk even further to the outside area to find an empty table then back to the till to order and probably find someone else had taken the table by the time I got back to it. I was also on my own, dressed minimally due to the heat and only a small handbag so nothing I could place on a table to claim it. Your whole attitude is so unwelcoming - why can you not just be glad that people want to visit? You have 2 main entrances, use them without making people feel unwelcome. I still wonder how people get out of your buildings if there is a fire or smoke as it is hard enough to find a clear route normally?! Your attitude is appalling which is such a shame as the shop is excellent. I called in last Wednesday, spent £100 on dresses, had coffee and cake outside, no table number required that day! Like many others, my business for the cafe is going back to Willowbrook next door where there is always a warm welcome.
