点评：This hotel is outstanding, previously stayed at Iberostar Selection Sábila and we were extremely excited to return for the second time.
Although this time experienced a significant delay during check in, did not recognise my IHG membership with Iberostar. Eventually resolved and my Diamond Elite status was acknowledged and appreciated, and I received my benefits.
The staff were so friendly and welcoming great to see Santina impressed with her professional and courteous manner. The new id bracelet system is an excellent addition, it’s your room key so no worrying about losing your key card. The hotel standard was exceptional, fresh smelling, beautiful decor, spotlessly clean and their commitment to sustainability is excellent.
Our room was stylish, and so comfortable, loved the little touches that made it feel extra special. The view was amazing. Everyday the room was cleaned to a high standard and housekeeping were so helpful and friendly.
Having exclusive access to the Star Prestige facilities and services was another highlight, beautiful and serene spaces, food and drink was very good and the incredible staff made it special.
Swimming pools were stunning, great pool areas with lots of seating and umbrellas. Never had an issue finding a fantastic place to relax. The hotel is in a great location, leading to a lovely beach and a nice promenade.
Each morning we enjoyed indulgent breakfasts, a feast with premium champagne, the finest creamy French butter, a wide range of high quality dishes. Coffee and orange juice both fantastic. Breakfast was absolutely delicious.
We are positively overwhelmed with our stay at Iberostar Selection Sábila, and we will certainly be back for a third time.
